I almost decided not to make a post tonight because the workout completely killed us today. We did the second football workout which focused mostly on legs with some back and biceps mixed in as well. I think the short week has a little something to do with it. That's probably just an excuse. Check out the routine below. It was a killer!
Because of the short week, and a busy weekend ahead, tomorrow will not be a normal day off. It is most likely back to Football Workout 1. Hopefully my body wakes up feeling refreshed in the morning and not exhausted! Talk to you then...
