After a morning workout, you feel accomplished before 10 or 11 am. The day has just started and you have already completed the hardest thing you're going to do all day so it kind of tells your brain that "you already worked out, everything else is just gravy, so do it!" And that's how I feel right now. I'm going to wash my car, work on the art project I have been piecing together for a couple of months now and maybe hit up the basketball courts for a little extra exercise and fun. Bre is at work today so I'll have to find something to do all day. Thankfully the NBA playoffs continue tonight and there is a UFC PPV event that I'll probably watch! It should be a fantastic day!
I was rather tired this morning. My Assault didn't kick in at the right time or it could be that I'm used to working out in the evenings and my body was just thrown off a little bit. I still completed the whole workout but was more exhausted during the workout than normal. There's nothing wrong with that. Like I have said before, changing up your routine is good for your body.
Tomorrow will be a morning of abs and some cardio. Monday or Tuesday depending on whether or not I can get into the gym on the Holiday me and my friend will be starting a new workout routine. He played football in college so we are going to use his football workout for a few weeks. It should be a total body crusher. I'm excited...and kind of scared!!
