I also will be doing some research and making a list of some things I want to talk about on RH3a. I have probably 10 or 15 things in the queue I need to get to but I need to come up with more. I'll be doing some more product review on proteins and pre-workouts I have used as well as getting much more informative about the food that I eat. I feel I have done a disservice to you all thus far because being healthy is much more than working out. In fact, it's almost 100% more than working out. The things you put in your body, or don't put in your body have a lot to do with how healthy you are. I'll share with you my eating life very shortly!
Next week and the next several weeks, our schedules are conflicted so I'll be going at it alone. I'm probably going to switch things up and go full body- high intensity workouts 3 times a week. I will certainly let you know the exact workout routine and how they go.
