I started a new workout today. It's a variation of one I have completed before but I am obviously stronger now and I wasn't actively writing about my workouts then. Check out the exact routine below.
For squats I did 185lbs. I could have done 205 but since this was my first go, I wanted to ease into it a little bit. I used 75lb dumbbells for bench. These were relatively easy. My chest is definitely my strongest muscle. For the EZ bar(the curved 25lb curl bar for those who might not know what that is) I just put 25lb plates on for all of the EZ bar lifts. I'll definitely go up in this next time. Pull-ups, dips, and pushups were with no added weight.
Although most of the weight I used for this was probably 10lbs+ less for each exercise than what I can comfortably lift, it was still a great workout. I finished two rounds in about 10 minutes, taking no more than a 15-20 second break between lifts. It took me a solid 5 minutes to be able to verbally speak a complete sentence without taking a breath in the middle afterwards.
This circuit workout is great because you can either increase the amount of weight you are doing or you can drop it and do more rounds. Either way you are getting a great endurance and strength workout.
