My lifting schedule was slightly shifted this week. Normally I take Wednesdays and Sundays off. I did use Wednesday as an off day but Bre and my best friend's fiance made some dinner plans for us on Thursday so I skipped out Thursday too. Not to worry I will just have to go Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. No big deal. And besides, it was worth it for a fun night out with friends.
We went to The Church Brew Works which is a brewpub in Pittsburgh. It is a brewery built inside of an old 1902 Church. It has a really unique feel to it being that you can drink beer and eat food inside of a cathedral. My buddy and I got a flight of beers so we could try an array of flavors. I offset the beer with a blackbean/grilled chicken wrap and sweet potato fries...(at least in my mind that was offsetting, haha)
