Sunday morning was kicked off bright and early with a round of 18 with my dad at our go-to course, "out in the sticks." There's just about no better way to start a day than with 18 holes of golf with dad. It's always a great time, and I also win every time!! (Sorry Dad, no handouts here)
Like the beginning of most weeks I started today's workout with some core exercises for about 15 minutes. For some reason, the gym has been relatively empty for the past couple of weeks. I don't know if people just want to be outside now that the weather is nice or everyone's on vacation but personally I love it. We get the entire gym to ourselves!
We have a busy summer ahead with the wedding, concerts, and family/friend outings planned seemingly every weekend. Once I get into a regular routine again, I will start posting my eating habits as well because they are equally as important, if not more, to the entire fitness package as working out!
