I forgot to take a picture of my plate but wow was it good. I ordered the Spicy Basil Noodles and without hesitation ate way more than I should have until my plate looked like it just came out of the cabinet. Bre ordered the Pineapple Fried Rice which was also excellent! For appetizers we ordered and received what I can only describe as the best crab rangoons in the Milky Way! It's safe to say that we love and are probably now addicted to Thai food which I haven't checked but probably is not a good thing for someone who likes to eat healthy on a daily basis. I'll have to keep my desires in check for awhile because when I find a new food I like, I eat it until I no longer want it...Yikes!
Last week I made a point to not take my pre-workout drink before going to the gym. I had felt like I was starting to get used to it a little bit, which I know will happen so I wanted to take a week off to see if I would notice a difference. Because drinking a pre-workout is now a habit I don't really think about it when I do it so I don't think the idea of "it's in your head and it doesn't really work" affects me. After the week was over, I noticed that almost the whole week and during my strenuous but quicker workouts I was definitely more exhausted. It was just a one week sample so I can't get too crazy but early indications are that the pre-workout, even when it doesn't feel like it's doing something, actually is working and perhaps is keeping me more alert at all times and not just during my workout.
My whole weekly schedule was thrown off last week as well so that definitely also had something to do with it. I will just keep this in mind for the next time I take a week off of the pre-workout powder.

They say to take 2 scoops after your body adapts but I have still been mostly taking 1 scoop. I no longer really "feel" any affects at all but I still definitely notice a difference in my endurance and power while lifting and I feel my strength meter fills up almost immediately after performing a set and it continues throughout the entire workout.
I'll be doing a review on the other pre-workout I tried first sometime soon!
